First time purchase and I found this florist by google search. The recipient was very happy and I appreciated that a photo of the arrangement was sent immediately and when delivered. My most recent order was my second from JP Floral and I am again impressed. I foresee sending flowers to the same recipient at least once a year and will use JP again. It’s so easy to order, there are lots of beautiful choices, and reasonable prices. I could not be happier with my experience with JP Designs Floral! I live in Canada and my family is in Santa Maria. Due to covid we have not been able to be together this year for the really important things including 3 surgeries. It has been very hard. So the small thing I can do is to send flowers to them. The arrangements have been absolutely GORGEOUS and the transactions have been smooth. Communication was excellent with personal customer service like a picture over text to show the flowers. 5+ stars!! The flowers were perfect. They were for our friends who were moving into a new house do it brought a ray of sunshine and smiles to their hearts.
