It was such an easy process to place an order. I had written a note that flowers were for a funeral in a somewhat out of the way area. They responded right away that they knew where it was and that the flowers would make it. They even emailed me a picture of completed bouquet...that was a first! They definitely take a lot of pride in what they do and how they treat their customers.
