Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Smiling Sunshine was perfect. It was so exciting to see the bloom pic of the actual beautiful arrangement the day of delivery. I ordered a bouquet online for a small gathering in California. I live in Texas, so I was hesitant ordering something across the country without being there in person. The process of ordering online was so easy! Thank you to the owner for the kind words when we spoke, and for creating and delivering the flowers. I know they were looked upon with joy.

Absolutely love JP Designs Floral! I live in Texas and enjoy ordering my arrangements from Joe for my sister who works in Santa María. Every arrangement I’ve ordered is Breathtaking and done with care you can tell that Joe takes great pride in every arrangement. Even though I live in another state, JP Designs Floral consistently gives me same kind of personal customer service as if I had walked into their store. With phone, email and photos of bouquets and email confirmation of delivery, I am completely satisified. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for your continued faith and trust Susan....I still walk my dog past your mom's house every few days when I change up my route.
