In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I placed an online order - feels a little less personal than taking to a real live person- however, JP Designs has a great process in place to acknowledge the order, send a photo of the actual arrangement sent as well as a follow up email confirming delivery. Great experience, beautiful arrangement. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you Pam! The great thing is I do everything myself, print your order, design the flowers, and delivery them. I’ve never been disappointed ordering from JP Designs Floral. The flower arrangements are beautiful and the most wonderful part is you get a picture of it before it sent to the recipient and then you’re notified that it was delivered! Being a long-distance customer, this really helps me. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I have ordered flowers several times from JP. They have all been so great! However, this week I ordered some flowers for our Mother for her birthday. I upgraded to the Premium bouquet which is supposed to be bigger with more flowers. The arrangement was beautiful but no exactly what I had hoped. I mentioned it to Joe and he immediately made another arrangement and had it delivered to my Mom the same day!! I will ONLY order flowers from JP Designs Floral. Thanks Joe and staff.

I'm a Bay Area resident who ordered flowers to be sent the next day to a friend living in the central coast. The flowers were right at my price point, they were hand delivered on time. I am so pleased.
